Dylan was born and raised on the outskirts of DFW in Weatherford. He is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University, Rawls College of Business, where he earned dual degrees in finance and marketing, setting a strong foundation for his future career.

Dylan’s professional career began in the property and casualty insurance industry, where he honed his analytical skills and developed a keen eye for detail. In 2022, driven by a passion for real estate, he made a career pivot and joined STRIVE, an investment sales brokerage, as their financial analyst. During his tenure at STRIVE, Dylan witnessed a ton of deal velocity underwriting $1.5 billion in value across more than 350 properties. His work spanned various sectors, including multi-family, retail, office, and industrial. Dylan saw and assisted over 100 seller-represented sales, gaining invaluable experience and insights into the intricacies of the real estate market.

In his current role at Matador, Dylan is dedicated to sourcing new opportunities, underwriting potential acquisitions, and providing thorough support throughout the due diligence process.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time on the golf course, going to the gym, and hanging out with friends and family.
