Laurel resides in McKinney, Texas, with her cat, Lavender. She earned a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Texas A&M Commerce. Before joining Matador in 2024, she was a 1st-grade teacher at McKinney ISD. Laurel's experience as an educator has equipped her with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting team efficiency, all of which contribute to smooth day-to-day operations. She is excited to assist the Matador team and its clients in achieving their goals.

In her free time, Laurel enjoys candle making, cooking, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and caring for her chickens, Stevie Chicks and Janis Hoplin.
