Will Narduzzi holds a BA in Economics and Art History from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas, where he remains actively involved in the alumni community. He joined Matador as the Director of Acquisitions in October 2022. Will began his career in the commercial real estate and insurance sectors at Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2018, where he quickly ascended to become the divisional leader and Vice President of Insurance. During his tenure, he managed the insurance of approximately $1 billion in commercial real estate assets and served as an advisor to various local and institutional owners. His experiences at Holt Lunsford were instrumental in building his professional foundation.
In his current role at Matador, Will is primarily responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and assisting in capital raising efforts. He is also heavily involved in the contract negotiation, underwriting, and due diligence processes from start to finish. Will is constantly working to develop and refine the firm’s investment strategies. This includes deep analytic and economic dives into Matador’s target markets, setting investment criteria, and aligning the acquisitions strategy with the overall business goals of the firm and economic status. His expertise in commercial real estate and insurance, coupled with a robust network and dynamic personality, all work together to significantly enhances the firm's relationships and strategic capabilities in identifying and securing high-value investments.
Outside of work, he relishes spending quality time with his wife, Emily, and their three children. Whether he's cheering at soccer games or putting on his chef's hat to make his special homemade pizzas, his greatest joy comes from being a father. Will is also committed to giving back to the community, volunteering at the 24-Hour Club in Dallas.
