Matador acquired this property in July 2023, an opportunity initiated by our director of acquisitions who proactively cold-called the region and collaborated with a local broker. Located near I-35 in San Antonio's industrial hub, the park comprises 18 suites and an eight-unit mini self-storage facility, which had been owned and operated by the same family for over 40 years. Upon closing, we commenced significant improvements, including concrete repairs and painting the entire park, which markedly enhanced both its aesthetics and condition.
