Matador acquired this property in July 2023, an opportunity initiated by our director of acquisitions who proactively cold-called the region and collaborated with a local broker. Located near I-35 in San Antonio's industrial hub, the park comprises 18 suites and an eight-unit mini self-storage facility, which had been owned and operated by the same family for over 40 years.
