Matador acquired this property in September 2023, an opportunity sourced through a local broker. The unique topography of the area, combined with stringent zoning regulations, creates challenges for industrial development and sets a high barrier to entry. Upon closing, this asset was fully tenanted, with all leases set to expire by the end of 2023. All but one tenant vacated the premises, but our team is working diligently to achieve full occupancy.
