Laurel Lesku earned her bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Texas A&M Commerce. She was a teacher at McKinney ISD and transitioned into her supporting operations role at Matador in September 2024. Laurel applies her organizational skills and commitment to enhancing team efficiency, playing a crucial role in facilitating daily operations. Outside of work, Laurel enjoys candle making, cooking, reading, and caring for her chickens Stevie Chicks, Janice Hoplin, and her cat, Lavender.
