Devin Lemons graduated from Texas Tech University, where he majored in Exercise and Sport Science, became a four-year football letterman, a two-year starter, and served as Team Captain. Devin pursued a professional football career, playing for the Chicago Bears, Washington Redskins, and Miami Dolphins over five years. His experiences in the NFL provided him with invaluable lessons, which he later applied during his 19-year tenure in teaching and coaching in the North Dallas area. Toward the end of his education career, Devin earned his residential mortgage license and began writing home mortgages in 2021. This new venture sparked his interest in commercial real estate, leading him to join Matador Realty Investments. As Matador’s Capital Markets Associate, he strengthens banking relationships and secures financing for acquisitions. Outside of work, Devin remains active in his community, follows Texas Tech sports, and enjoys family time with his wife, Nicole, and their three sons.
