Matador acquired this property in September 2022 as an off market opportunity from a local boutique brokerage based in Dallas. This business park, built by the seller's father and held in the family for years, was particularly appealing due to its competitive price per square foot, location, and usage. Following our acquisition, we undertook substantial improvements, including roof replacements and parking lot repaving, which significantly enhanced its value.
